ExtendedI did not go to school on Thursday (even it is written in the DepEd calendar) for the reason that we were not yet ready. And there is one more holiday this week. So I spent my time doing my school works which I didn't do or finish yet and other stuff I want to do before going back to normal these following days.

120 Hours Of FrustrationSir Peralta shared the results of the evaluation of our blogs on Monday morning. Then I expected to have no errors considering I submitted the score sheet and feedback on time. But I was wrong once again! I did not follow the correct format on giving feedbacks. Consequently, 2 points were deducted from my initial grade of 93 to 91.
After this, the rest of the days remaining were messed up for certain and varied reasons. Its Checking Time!We checked our hands-on quiz and set of files in JavaScript 1. Speaking of the hands-on quiz... I didn't get anything. Better luck next time then! There are still more hands-on quizzes as we tackle new lessons. And for the checking of the files. I had no any problem here, since all of my files are working. Good that I fixed this problem of mine unlike in the 1st grading period.
We also took our 2nd quarter exam this week. And I got a score of 23 out of 30 items. I was happy too that I didn't use my computer before taking the exam haha. Then, next week is our semestral break. All I can say that we can finally rest after this hell week. Enjoy your 10 days of rest ahead! 3rd Hands-on QuizWe practiced 2 more times by adding and combining some features in CSS. The first one was the same table we used last week. We only added some hover effect/s to it. By the way, no external JavaScript file (file name.js) was used in these 2 pre-quizzes. Back to what I was saying earlier. We added hover effects, so when we go over the table, it would be bigger than its size before. It had a font size of 300%, red-colored text, background color of yellow, solid border, 5-pixel border width, and a black-colored border.
I didn't have enough time to practice for the hands-on quiz. But I reviewed and practiced in the morning. I tried it and did some experimentation of some effects on the anWriter free app on my tablet. It worked perfectly, but the code was not the same I encoded during the quiz. I almost got the exact ouput of the hands-on quiz. But I failed. It was because I still tried many ways, and then it came a time where I failed to revert it to the code where I almost got it. It was already time and I was still inside the room. Also, Sir didn't check it for it was already late to pass it. Yet, it served as a lesson to me. P.S. I am going to put the images and the information of what I've done in the second pre-quiz next time. For I've not sent those files needed to be captured. Don't worry. I will still update this week post and the others as well. Forgotten BasicsThis time, Sir Peralta told us to put the text inside a table. It was a simple task, yet I didn't know how to do. It looked like I'd forgotten the basics. My classmate in my row was the first one who had done it. So I get my tablet right away to capture his code of a table. Then, I encoded it so I had a copy.
We just need the three important tags for us to make a table just like in basic HTML. These are the <table>, <tr>, and <td> tags. The table was align-centered, consisted of 1 table row and table data, a line break, and concatenation were also used in here. |
